The thing that sets us apart from most other people is you see the same providers when you come in. I’m the only dentist here, I have two hygienists, and basically it’s like kind of going to get, you know, when you go get your hair cut you see the same person each time, not someone different. I think that’s a big thing because we’re real good at knowing who you are, knowing what sets you, you know, apart from everybody else, but also what concerns you have.
Your kids, if you have kids, you know, things are going on, milestones in your life, it’s a kind of continuation when you come in and I feel like we’ve become friends and family and that’s what’s important for us. I think definitely the other things that set us apart is that I could care-wise take care of you in a way and your family that you don’t need to go see five other offices for specialty care, not that there’s anything wrong with that and from time to time that may need to happen, but just with my training and our offices and how we put things together, we’re able to take care of everything in one setting. As you walk in the front door, one of the things we have on the wall is helping patients make healthy choices.
Dentistry’s definitely digressed over the years and I feel like in a better way with technology. I’m very edgy with the technology and integrate it with everybody so that we can do the best for you and keep you out of the offices. When you’re here, we want to get as much done for you as we can.
So philosophy-wise, I always ask when people come in as a new patient, what are your goals? My goals might be different from your goals and I really take care of all levels of people, whether it’s continual care or if somebody’s just emergency based, we try to have a good mix of folks that are here. Obviously, I hope that people move in a positive direction and taking care of their needs, but either way we talk about it and kind of formulate a plan for everybody.
